David founded American Restaurant Association in 1996 pioneering the use of commodity data and technology to empower all participants in the food supply chain. American Restaurant Association merged with ArrowStream in June of 2018 with an eventual strong exit. He is a sought after industry expert featured in numerous industry events and media outlets including CNBC, Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal, and USA Today. David resides with his wife and four children in Sarasota Florida.

Jerry Dalton 
Jerry Dalton brings over 25 years of experience in financial commodity price risk management and strategic supply purchasing. Working for several commodity marketing companies, including Cargill, Jerry has successfully executed commodity hedging strategies and managed physical supply procurement across both agriculture and energy markets. Since 2011, he has worked closely with foodservice companies and manufacturers of all sizes—providing commodity intelligence, price forecasting, and procurement coaching. Jerry is known for teaching disciplined supply purchasing practices and implementing effective financial risk management tools to help businesses protect margins and reduce cost volatility.
