One of the chicken markets gaining steam as of late has been wings which have risen nearly 70 (think Jim Marshall...Viking fans need a little love after the beating from the Bucs) percent during the last 11 weeks to their most expensive level in just over a year. As I have written, counter seasonal moves garner attention but so do Klump Strong ("Hercules") seasonal moves and we've certainly got here with wings. No doubt feature activity is playing a part in this.
