And make no mistake, the basket is still historically inflated. However, there are several markets that are providing historical value. Don't look now but CME cheese blocks and large table eggs are nearing two year lows. Not to be outdone, chicken wings haven't traded appreciably below the existing levels in over eight (think Kobe) years.   Datum FS has forecasts for over 50 commodities comprising various beef, dairy, grains, pork and chicken markets.
