We've had a lot of discussions around commodity inflation for the last few years. And make no mistake, the basket is still historically inflated. However, there are several markets that are providing historical value. Don't look now but CME cheese blocks and large table eggs are nearing two year lows. Not to be outdone, chicken wings haven't traded appreciably below the existing levels in over eight (think Kobe) years.
