I think we all can agree that the challenges with beef supplies won't end anytime soon. And I have been vocal about the opportunity for chicken feature activity in foodservice during the next several months. Below is new data set and model that I am compiling to track feature activity by restaurant chains. Note that chicken is certainly garnering the bulk of the feature activity so far this month, but beef isn't going away. At least not yet.
